As you can read in the 'About Katie' section my whole
family is allergic to one food type or another. This lead me to develop
a number of dairy and egg free cake recipes so they can enjoy the usual
cakes, scones, and biscuits everyone else can.
I wanted to share this experience with you and have
written a recipe book of all my dairy and egg free cake recipes for you
to share!
• All my recipes have no eggs or dairy products
in.
• All recipes are as simple and easy to follow as possible,
with step by step instructions for each recipe.
• Each cake recipe has a full page photograph of the
finished cake.
• There are 6 different sections of recipes in the
book which are as follows
