Mince Pies Recipe
These mince pies are delicious served warm with either
custard or non-dairy vanilla ice cream, but also work very well cold.
Instead of filling the pies with mincemeat you can use
a type of jam, for example strawberry, and turn them into mini jam pies!
They are classically served at Christmas time but I like to eat them all
year round.
