Christmas Cake Recipe
This is a very tasty fruit cake which is quite light to
eat and keeps really well for days if stored in an airtight container.
It’s quite a large cake so there is plenty to go round at Christmas.
I would recommend making it in a day or so in advance,
just so there is enough time for you to decorate it. However, you could
also make it a few weeks beforehand, wrap it up and put it in the
freezer. This also makes a great Christening or Wedding Cake.
