Apple and Cinnamon Pudding Recipe
This is a delicious hot apple pudding, which can be
served either with ice cream or custard. The topping has a rich treacley
taste which contrasts well with the sharper apple flavour.
The tastier the apples you use, the better the pudding
and I find home grown Bramley apples are the best. It keeps quite well
for a couple of days, but it’s obviously best served warm straight from
the oven.
